These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the linikedin.click website and any custom PC building, liquid-cooling, upgrade, or benchmarking services ("Services") provided by Airflow PC Co. ("Airflow," "we," "us"), located at 742 E Jefferson St, Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85004. By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Airflow provides custom gaming PC assembly, custom and all-in-one liquid cooling installation, hardware upgrades, cable management, benchmarking/tuning, and workstation builds. Final scope, parts list, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or invoice) after your spec call before work begins.
Quotes are estimates based on current parts pricing and availability and may change if component pricing shifts before parts are ordered. Custom loop and full-system builds require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated labor cost to begin parts sourcing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balance (parts + labor) is due at pickup or before shipment.
You may cancel a build request at no charge if cancellation is made before parts have been ordered. Once parts have been ordered on your behalf, the cost of ordered components is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after ordering, though we will make reasonable efforts to return unopened components to the distributor and refund any amount recovered, less a restocking adjustment where applicable. For scheduling changes, we request at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations of a scheduled install appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. The U.S. does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for custom-configured goods once assembly has begun.
If you supply your own components for assembly, Airflow is not responsible for pre-existing defects, compatibility issues, or damage caused by prior use, improper handling before drop-off, or manufacturing defects in customer-supplied parts. We will inspect and note visible condition at intake.
Airflow warrants labor and workmanship (assembly, cable routing, loop assembly, and leak-testing) for the period stated on your invoice (1–3 years depending on build tier, as described on our Pricing section). This labor warranty covers defects in our assembly work, including loop leaks caused by fitting or assembly error. It does not cover manufacturer defects in individual components, which remain covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, nor does it cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, liquid spills unrelated to our loop work, power surges, or normal wear.
While every custom and AIO liquid-cooled build undergoes leak testing prior to delivery (48 hours for custom loops), liquid cooling carries inherent risk of leakage over time. Airflow is not liable for damage to components not covered under our labor warranty or for damage occurring after the system leaves our shop due to relocation, impact, or failure to follow provided maintenance guidance (e.g., periodic coolant top-off/replacement intervals).
All content on this website — text, graphics, photos of our builds, and logos — is owned by Airflow PC Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Airflow's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific build or service giving rise to the claim. Airflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss — customers are responsible for backing up any data before dropping off a system for upgrade or repair.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
